rules in error" message when opening Outlook (exchange 2003)
I have someone who is getting a "rules in error" message when opening Outlook (Exchange 2003). The rule is "Server-Requested Client Action." The error is "MoveCopy, Unable to create dest. msg." The person is unable to send and receive any email. Any suggestions? Thankx Waheed

Waheed,Try following:1. Run outlook.exe /cleanserverrules2. Check with Tools >> Rules and Alerts to see if there are any rules in red. Remove them.3. Error: MoveCopy, Unable to create dest. msg Method 1: Move the affected mailbox to another exchange server and back Method 2: Export the mailbox via ExMerge to a PST and remove/recreate the mailbox
